Free School Meals
AIM North London is committed to ensuring that children who would usually be provided with Free School Meals continue to receive their entitlement during the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the start of the Spring term, we are providing weekly vouchers at a minimum of £15 as set out in Government guidance. These were sent directly to parents via the Wonde service, with parents able to select the supermarket which was most convenient for them.
From 18 January, AIM North London will switchback to Edenred, the national Free School Meal voucher provider organised by the Government. We expect the method of sending out vouchers through Edenred to be the same as it was in 2020, and will update this guidance if things have changed. However the scheme works, it is clear that all AIM North London students who qualify for Free School Meals according to our records will receive vouchers to the value of £15 per week.
If you have not received your vouchers by the Monday following the week in question, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you believe you may be entitled to Free School Meals please email email@example.com and we will guide you through the simple process of checking. Government guidance is here (Apply for free school meals - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)), but you should email us if you are at all unsure.
