Extra-Curricular Activities

The AIM 8 Entitlement  

AIM 8 is a cultural and social capital entitlement for all AIM North London Students.  All students are expected to: 

At least once per year for every student: 

  1. Trip to a Russell Group University  

  1. Cultural trip to a museum/gallery/theatre 

  1. Represent AIM North London in a team/club/other external event 

  1. Attend an event or listen to a speaker talking about the wider world (e.g. politics, current affairs, the community) 

  1. Attend an event or listen to a speaker talking about careers opportunities 

At least once during your AIM career: 

6. Complete the Duke of Edinburgh Award (Bronze or above) 

7. An extended volunteering, work experience or internship placement 

8. Overseas or residential trip
